Revamping of coke oven gas cleaning with capacity of 1,45,000 m3/hour
Scope of Work
Multi-discipline Detail Engineering in Piping, Stress, Civil / Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation.
Input to adaptation to RoK standards (GOST and SNIP)
Technical assistance for procurement.
Design of 6 complex, multi-levels technological structures housing mainly Scrubber column, Boiler, Sulfur condensers, HE’s, drums etc.
Total 140 Equipment including 5 columns.
Around 1500 piping lines including 80” COG line (48 stress systems) with about 3750 isometrics
Structural Steel approx. 2,550 MT
