CLIENT REQUIREMENT

Study & optimization of supports for Feed Dehydrator piping system that carries HD-5 Feed (Liquid) & Regenerative Fluid (Vapour) in the same pipe at different operating cycle.

OUR ANALYSIS

Expert engineers at Valdel EC was aware of CAESAR-II software’s limitation in analyzing such systems. The study was carried out as two separate systems based on operating cycle, adsorbing and regenerating.

OUR APPROACH

Both the results were combined and analyzed Valdel EC engineers to achieve the optimal support configuration for the system, which avoids expensive and maintenance prone supports like spring supports.
