Project Description
Grassroots SRU consisting of Claus unit with ARU, SWS and TGTU integrated with existing utility systems.
Scope of Work
Residual basic process engineering (including thermal design, process data sheets for instruments etc.)
Multi‐discipline detail engineering in mechanical, piping, stress, civil / structural, electrical and instrumentation
Input to adaptation to RoK standards (GOST and SNiP)
Technical assistance for procurement
Design of 6 complex multi‐level (up to 8 levels, 30M tall) technological structures housing mainly reactors, sulfur condensers, HE’s, Boilers, ACHE’s, drums etc.
Total 228 equipment including 7 columns with re‐boilers
Around 2700 piping lines (118 stress systems) with about 7000 isometrics
Structural Steel approx. 2,500 MT
