Project Description
Butane treating unit (sulfur removal unit) for Enterprise Products Company (EPCO).Feedstock to the unit is mixed butane which is supplied from a new PDH unit (by others).
Scope of Work
Multi-discipline detail engineering involving process, piping, stress, electrical, instrumentation & civil / structural. 3D PDS modeling with extraction of 2D layouts in piping and civil / structural disciplines.
Total piping lines - 140 Nos with around 300 isometrics
SPI used for creating Instrument data sheets and wiring.
Power studies using ETAP were carried out.
