Project Description
New 1.8 MMTPA Diesel Hydro-Desulfurization Unit with 25,000 Nm3/h Hydrogen Plant as well as offsites and utilities to be integrated into existing refinery of HPCL Vizag. In phase I, sulfur in diesel was to be reduced from 2% to 0.25% and in phase II to 20 ppm.
Scope of Work
Residual basic engineering as well as multi-discipline detail engineering in Process, Mechanical, Piping, Stress, Civil / Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation.
Technical assistance for procurement.
Field engineering and pre-commissioning assistance at site.
Valdel provided analogous services in Phase II as well.
