Detailed Engineering

We successfully implement a project visualized by our customer through Concept & or FEED definition, verifying the same, implement improvement opportunities, assess and incorporate Vendor’s suitable recommendations, constructability and operability requirements. Execute to meet equipment & material delivery and construction and commissioning as planned. Align and integrate interfacing projects and subcontractor.

FEED (Front End Engineering Design) documentation review, design calculations and analysis, preparation of data sheets, fabrication drawings, equipment layouts and piping general arrangements, earthing and lighting layouts, area classification drawings,instrumentation system architecture, logic diagrams, loop diagrams, technical specifications, piping isometrics, MTO’s. Etc developing the Plant operating manuals and Procurement engineering services such as RFQ, TBE, PR & Vendor document review comprises the activities in detailed engineering.

3D model review in the presence of EPC contractor, Customer / PMC and process licensor if any is done at various stages of the project. The final 3D model is delivered to the Customer at the end of the project. Through the course of engineering, the documents involved are transferred to external agencies and within Valdel EC through a state-of-the-art Electronic Document Management System.
